I was actually waiting still for NRMA to refund my CTP for the 11months I had remaining until I got a letter in the mail today saying they were keeping it.

Not overly surprising seeing Vigil took about 7 months & a lot of work to pay out but reconfirms my opinion that all insurance companies are maggots.
