The second one (acceleration run) should work no problem if you've got the latest version of DivX installed, just go to the DivX link in my post above and download and install it.
The first one was encoded with Microsofts MPEG4 V2 codec, which should play back on most recent versions of Microsoft Windows Media Player, and if it doesn't (or you don't have Media Player 9 or 10, not sure about 8),
this page looks as if it'll get them working after a quick download and install.
Try those MN and see if that fixes it
