Yes when there are workers on the road it is very important to slow down. On the other hand when the 40km signs are left out over the weekend and the work that was being done was slashing or brush cutting or line painting and there is no danger whatsoever, slowing down is a pain.

Is also very environmentally vandalistic as you use million of extra litres of petrol,increase the greenhouse gases by 120 percent, kill koalas and cause baby whales to get lost.....
