i dont think they will ever stop tools driving around..... teenagers see something and they will do it... Maybe something should be done about Movies Eg Fast and Furious... that movie is all about speeding and the LOOK AT ME FACTOR..... no matter what penalty the Copper gave him i bet my left nut as soon as his licence is back he will be out there doing the same thing again
