Ban drivers driving on roads where there is no safe run off for 2 metres. Surely if we look at Grand prix safety we should understand the sand/gravel concept of safety.

Perhaps when governments realise that accidents/speed does happen, and address their obligations to provide a safer environment, then real progress will be made.

I don't like driving on Saturday mornings as there are too many senior citz out shopping. Should they be banned?
