So what happens if they develop a great 3 cylinder motor for the Focus? Would it be no that should be for model X? I suppose the point here is that if it is a great engine who cares about the badge in some respects. If it suits the platform then why not utilise it to it's best potential.
Six months ago so many AFF members said that a 4 cylinder Falcon wouldn't work. Yep I was one of the sceptics. Now that it's here I think its great. The point of this was to ask whether our perceptions of certain badges for certain cars should restrict a possible extended use for the Ecoboost.
