Default Buying Parts From the USA

Hello Guys
I want to buy some secondhand parts from a guy in the states. I would like to know what the easiest way to pay for them is.

Would Paypal be the best way?

Corey

I think Paypal is a very good way of doing it, as that's the only way I pay when I am doing eBay.
