does anyone know the rough weights for a stripped out falcon (for speedway etc.) am looking at a class restricted to 225 rear tyres but otherwise open. debating an e series with turbo of going BA NA with a few mods, need about 200rwkw, anything more will be overkill for the tyres. Any ideas on the weights or anything else . Cheers

i'll get slated for saying it but a VN commodore is only 1250kg or so from the factory complete, a good couple of hundred kg below the nearest falcon of the last 20 years. My mate had a really poor example of one and it was frighteningly quick for what it was...

the BA is really the info im looking for, to see what it weighs without glass aircon etc etc. because the tuning options are better (i already have VCM suite) you have independant rear, but on the downside panels are dearer.
All info greatly received, didnt have a clue about the commodore weight, but it would have to be 500kg lighter before i would build one |
