Hi all,
Just got in a sold unit, GT-E in Emporer, a lot darker than Seduce was, still nice.

Emperor is darker than Seduce, which in turn was darker than regency
Looks like this colour is closer to sparkling burgundy than regency red

Was that car at Pacific Ford? Saw a GTE in the same colour getting driven out the back of the dealership on Sugar Rd with no plates and stock sticker still on it.. Looked like a Seduce G6ET until I saw the bulge and the GTE badges and I relaised it was something special.

Another burgundy derivative to go with all the other boring grey and silver derivatives. Nice enough for a GT-E or G6 I suppose. I'd be more impressed to see Ford return to offering colours like Octane, Nitro, Phantom, Envy again. Not everyones cup-of-tea, but I'm sure there would still be plenty of boring colours to keep everyone else happy ..

How much darker is it than Seduce? Seems similar to me in the photos, just in shade or something. It does look great but, as does the darker velvet. I'd love a g6et in that colour.
And this might be a bit o/t but I love the G6E's in Havana aswell, I would happily own that colour and I'm a 20 year old male. I agree what was said about the XR range of colours, while the luxury line should include colours like this and is expected to, I think the XR should have some lairy colours like the old B series cars. Not everyone will buy these colours obviously, the staple white, silver, greys and blacks will be common, but when someone walking down the street sees a fluro yellow turbo flutter past they'll remember it and remember it was a Ford they saw. I think it's comparable to seeing a blood orange BA GT with black stripes rumbling past. It sticks in your mind.
