Default Monaro with GT stripes

I was in Dandenong today and saw a current model Monaro (Yellow) with BA GT stripes.
WHAT THE?????????
Must be a ford man at heart as he also had the "XB" bonnet scoops as well.

That car was at the Holden dealer on the Princess Highway in Dandenong about four months ago. As for the bonnet scoops, I think you’ll find that it’s one of the new six litre Monaros with the GTO style bonnet.

Cheers, Danny

Monaros dont have the 6L, only the HSV GTO has.

I would think that if the owner purchased the stripes from Ford, then they would be BA GT Stripes. But if they bought the stripes from somewhere other than, then they would be just stripes.

There was a thread not so long ago about a Monaro with GT stripes, they don't look too bad.

Well you can definately say Ford has really re-ignited the stripe craze in the last year or so. What exactly are the general public copying from Holden again??
