i want to change the head unit on the focus, i understand its a 1.5 din so my question is, is there any head units which are 1.5 din and fit straight in???
i cant be bothered with a single din and a spacer.. has any one done this??? also im assuming the swap over will be like every over would be like every other car??? eg pull out old one, wire new one, push in???

what do you mean mounting will be different???
i understand the sides are different and it may not slip in perfectly, but the aftermarket deck should have brackets to compensate..

I have not found a 1.5 DIN unit for the LR so I just kept the single DIN. I got a spacer from my Focus if you want to go that way in the end.
