Default tyres needed and fuel tank question for WSID tonight.

Is there any body out there that can lend me some 17 inch xr rims for WSID tonight? a pair needed only.. for the fronts.. so no burnouts on them.. I have a mate with a set of MT's for the rear to borrow allready...

Also.. my tank is full of premium.. is there a plug/lug/bolt that can be undone to drain half the fuel out? tried the clear pvc pipe trick but she wont go down the fuel filler tube..

cheers for any help.

Leave the fuel in it, it will make 3/5ths bugger all difference, it's lighter than water and if you take 20L out that's nothing and it not worth the effort, unless there is another reason
