Default head work

i was looking into getting head work
is it worth the money?
i was looking at getting a mild port and shave it will be matched with a stage 3 cam(crow) and crow h/d springs

will i get more out of the head work??

biggest gain will be from a 3 angle valve jobby.

EF head flows pretty good stock.

I would pick up an EF XR6 head (<$500) with the larger exhaust valves and just get it shaved and a decent 3 angle vlve job and it would be worth around 10rwkw mostly in the 4000-5500 rpm range.
