Juz_Gremlin, well if I still attend the Black Spur cruise I'll bring up my old snorkel if you like. They're fairly crap standard, but it beats having the airbox suck in air from the engine bay.

No promises on me attending though :P

I took my snorkel off today just to see what it sounds like. Gee the car makes some noise without it! It's brilliant! Tomorrow if I get around to cutting the top off the radiator shroud, the XH snorkel will go on.

a different exhaust with different mufflers and even different cats to the standard type. When you purchase the exhaust (with other parts) its in a kit, so its an exhaust kit, isnt it???

Nice purchase mate! Looks mint.
Did the owner beforehand work in Airport West? Becuase I've seen it parked a lot in the Honeywell carpark in King St...
Cheers.

No Snorkle could be to stop backfiring issues with the GAS, I would check with the previous owner why it isnt on there, there may be no balance pipe to the converter so with one big suck of cold air boom goes your airbox into tiny tiny peices
