I've been getting conflicting views about this for a little while now...

I've been told three things.

1. It affects drivers who get their P plates after the 1st of July
2. It affects all P platers after the 1st of July
3. It affects all under 25 yo. drivers, regardless of licence status

confirmed it today, only affects people who get thier P's on or after 1st July, so i'd assume like the other states, it means you're screwed if you lose your licence
