Gotta love it when people do the beercup snake at the cricket. Great fun.

Corker of a snake!!!
Was tempted to put a few bucks on the kiwis at $11 (thought aussies were way underpriced at $1.08). Common sense prevailed tho... money went towards beer.

I've bought tickets for the 2nd final online at ticketek.com.au....I always buy child's concourse tix cause they never check at the scg,..u just swipe and in u go..they were $30 each....yeh I should have waited...I got them at the start of the innings at $1.02 and when NZ were 1/4 way through the run chase Aus went up to $1.10....I don't think NZ would have got so close if I didn't put the $1000 on Aus :p :p :p

I paid $55 for my tix, bought them 2 months ago to make sure i didnt miss out, was a great spot another 10 rows down we would have had a few 6's head our way.
Can you imagine the amount of money spent on beer at the games $7 for a cup of midstrength! madness! |
