Will need one for Adelaide. Less than 1% vacancy rate and most rentals are going to the highest bidder so to speak. Many people offering to pay $20 to $30 more than what is being asked.

Im glad Im not out there in the rental market anymore, I hated renting and I did it for waaaaaay to long (ie 10 years plus)...

Mate, go to the local college or uni....

Get yourself a few asian students who lock themselves in their rooms all day to study and the house will still be as good as yours 90% of the time...

works for me... we got a chinese girl living with us, if i see her three times a week that a special event lol

Does being permanently unemployed count as permanent employment?

I am self employed. I play pc games. It's a volunteer position.
