Unhappy Worst driving experience

So as you know, me and braden went to the meet last night, check it out etc etc.

We split up in melbourne and we brought my car back to Bendigo. Dropped off my mates girlfriend. The we drove around for a bit, then headed home. sitting at the lights turning turning right, these d***heads go past us then they come up behind us after we went through the light, they had theire their high beams on, right up our ***, we swerved to the left and slowed down so HOPING they would pass, they didnt, they then tried to ram us off the road and one guy got out the window with a crowbar and was like "F&^ing pull over!" we're like, oh 5h1t! managed to turn off a corner going hard, they chased us for a bit, but we got away. It was f^^ked. You dont get stabbed in bendigo, you get bashed with a crowbar. Was so not cool. Now I hope to god they dont know the car and smash it if they recognise it.

We went to the cops but all they said was that they were going to get some of the cars to look out for them.

He wasnt doing anything which was surprising, It was pretty much an unprevoked attack.

Am I overreacting by taking the sticker off? I really dont want to...

I reckon you should remove the sticker if you're concerned about your car being recognised
and vandalised. If I was in your situation then definitely I'd remove it.

Thats messed up... Perhaps you should arm yourself and your passengers with bigger crow bars?? :P

Perhaps there is a similar looking car belonging to someone who wronged these nutcases...

I know how that feels dude.. but i retaliated and took off like a rocket.. i was on my motorbike and not having a good day..i had stopped at traffic lights and a guy in a triton starting abusing me from his car about how all us idiots on bikes deserve to die, etc.. so i put my bike on its stand hoped off and stood next to his window.. he wound it up so friggin fast and continued going off his head so i head butted his drivers door and punched the window.. Left a nice dint in the door.. LOL. i Know it was wrong but it seems like its bite or get bitten lately..

Hopefully last night was the end of it for you!!

Cheers,
Nik

Not good to hear that kind of stuff goin on. Im with fairlane ghia, you should arm yourselves with crowbars also. Or as i have, find the longest flat head screwdriver you can find, grind the head so its razor sharp and keep it on r/h side of drivers seat (or under seat, out of sight).

Haha sounds like a good idea but you gotta be careful if the police pull you over. If they see somethin in your car thats within reach of the driver and can be used as a weapon eg. crowbar you can be fined for it.

Still a weapon. And when the police have had reports of people using crowbars in such a manor and find them on you, have fun with the lubeless shafting you'll get.

im with you when it comes to weapons in cars, but you get these people like that, but really your options are to run, stay there and take it or fight back, lets just call it personal protection i guess ;)

What does MPFI have to do with it. You are getting off topic now.

obviously the joke was not got...anyway, really it all depends on where people stand with implments in there car that can be considered a weapon, when its happening you only have very few choices of what course of action to take....those are my views...

My choice of weapon in the car is a 6 cell maglite.. snuggled between the drivers seat and the centre cosole.. Love maglites.. plenty of weight to throw around and still innocent torch for if my car breaks down.. LOL.. Plus scares the sh!t out of most people cos it resembles a baseball bat..

Cheers,
Nik

And by weapon you mean source of light in which to illuminate possible threats.
