Unhappy Fried Ferrari

Has anyone seen this before? I hope it isn’t a repost but geeez.
Makes you wonder about mid mounted engines and where fuel tanks are located. I hope the poor bugger got out of it. :(

Cheers, Danny

Thread about it not all that long ago, made it out alive though you wouldn't think it would be possible.

Yeah, wasn’t sure how old it was.
I did a quick search but couldn’t find anything on it. Thanks for pointing that out. :

we see more more fuel cells under the bonnets of drag cars, they do this for performance fuel pressure doesn't need to travel through a long line.
some have suggested to Rod put the fuel cell of the Monza under the bonnet, i hate the idea of have 20 litres of methanol next to a 600hp race engine...
The video shows how quick the fuel ignites on impact.

here is my wifes MR2 we owned new in 2000, It went for a service , a 15000k service at oldmac toyota Clevleand, i picked it 4 her and was on my way home , it stalled and then i started it and drove off , another 100 mtrs it stoped again , this time i was reaching over to get my phone and the invoice of the pass floor to call the service depo at oldmac, as i opened the phone the car was a inferno and i jumped out and ran like a scud missle. The car was toast in 20 seconds and the lady across the road came out with a garden hose, which was about 20 mts short of the BBQ MR2
i got my money after the insurance tried to screw me over ..end of story no singed buttcrack hairs either...
