Default Test drivers required in lang lang.

I see on SEEK that test drivers are required by an international car manufacturer at Lang Lang, hmmm? Wonder who that could be? Who wants to be the mole?

No they're still looking I think. Holden asked for a bunch of people, 6 were hired, then they asked for another bunch so the new ad went out yesterday.

I know this because I applied last night, got called in today for an interview, and got myself a job! A job I dont really need, but what the hell, sounds like it could be fun.

Congratulations, just remember not to use the 3 offensive F words that aren't allowed at Holden. Ford, Falcon and well the other one is a dirty act.

well the plan is to only give positive feedback. Yep, shes right mate, all good. This will lead to a decline in vehicle quality and the eventual closure of Holden!!

I'm just hoping I get assignments like "see how fast you can drain the tank in this clubsport" but I've got a feeling it'll be more like "drive this cruze around this track for 2 hours at 10km/h"

Either way its going to be very interesting.

Well all they wanted was someone prepared to drive all the way down to Lang Lang for sporadic work, with a full clean license. Its casual on call, so doesn't suit a lot of people but suits me perfectly.
All I have to do now is pass the medical, and deal with the 1.5 hour drive to work, that'll be the tough part I think.

I'm sure you can make it there in an hour if you wanted to

Fell through for me as well. An old careless driving charge from 1997 reared its ugly head - I thought it was ancient history but it was an instant no go. Was about to go in for the medical!
