Well due to the recent unfortunate events of the EB blowing out the rear main and the sump gasket on its way out a month ago. I started pulling her apart and first things first.
I knew that there would be alot of oil everywhere but I was not expecting this. 3 Welsh Plugs Noticing lots of other little problem on the way like the turbo mainfold bolts had worked loose which would cause power loss under load just alot of little stuff like that. At the moment I am pulling this motor completely out. The 3.9 has seen better days and has stood up to the task producing 163.6rwkw@3psi. But now I want more power. At the same time im building a ED XR6 Tickford motor for it. Fitting: Higher Volume Oil Pump Bigger Fuel Pump Higher Volume Fuel Reg to keep up with Vortech system. Boost Controller DeComp Plate Blow Off Valve Motec M8 And lots of other little goodies. Currently aiming to push the 12psi barrier and aimng power well over the 200rwkw mark. Hopefully finished within the next month. SnyperEB
