Default AU Resistor Trick

Hi guys.

Couple of questions.

Does the resistor trick work in the AU?

If so does anyone have exact details of where the resistors need to go, photos, wire colours, pin numbers etc?

I know one of the resistors prevents the thermos fans running all the time but will they run at all? What effect do the fans have, are they supposed to cool the engine coolant or what?

Are there any other side effects of using your Auto ecu and doing the resistor trick?

Has any AU falcon owner on here actually done the job themselves?

Thanks fellas.
