Default Excessive handbrake squeal?

I've just had my handbrake adjusted about a week ago, and now its squealing massively when I turn right, and going around right hand corners. It used to squeal for a minute after releasing the handbrake and then it would stop. Now, it doesnt matter what I do, or how fast/slow i'm going, whenever I turn right, there is a loud piercing squeal. Its getting a bit embarassing, let alone annoying.

Anyone suggest a course of action?
