World Time Attack Challenge 2010 – Eastern Creek International Raceway May 21-22
Fernandez Motorsport and Plazmaman have joined forces and will be entering a 1000HP Supercar style XR6 turbo in the World Time attack challenge. Ex V8 driver, Jose Fernandez is building an ex V8 Supercar for Superlap. The car will be based around a V8 supercar style shell and running gear and powered by a highly developed turbo 4 litre twin cam six cylinder and Hollinger gearbox. Just got the first photos of the shell as they received it. so no engine etc yet, but just want people to know that it actually is being built and its not just a pipe dream If these two companies sound familiar it is with good reason. Plazmaman has been behind many of Australia fastest turbo cars and were the creators of the S2000 that dominated the Clubsprint class in 2008 and Jose Fernandez is a highly accomplished V8 supercar driver with a wealth of both driving and engineering knowledge so you can bet they will certainly be a team to watch very closely.
