Default 08 maserati motor into an xb sedan

ok here goes,
got a crazy idea to put a 2008 maserati motor and box into a xb sedan.
i love the sound of the maserati but like most can't afford the funds. But i do have access to a cheap one thats been a stat wright off.
any thoughts would be a great help re the transplant, engineer cert and the fitting of the motor,,,,, haven't pulled the trigger yet so ideas are welcome…
no replies with why would you do that…. bla bla. If people didn't try new things the car wouldn't have been invented and we would all have a horse and cart,, my cart would have naked ladies painted on it, with flames painted on the horse.
