I am selling a car on eBay and out of the 3 highest bidders two of them have just joined.
I have talked to the second highest bidder as he is off one of the forums I am a member off and he pm'd me to tell me he is out as its gone over his limit. What I am concerned about is these 0 feebdack eBay members are not legit......... Has anyone here sold an item to a 0 feedback member on ebay and had any issues?
