Default Help with Youtube please

Hello,

A while back I asked for some help or instructions on how to save video files that appear on youtube. I did a search and couldn't find the thread...

From memory I followed the instructions but didnt get anywhere, so can somebody please give me detailed step by step instructions??

Or send a link for a site that you have used and trusted that explains the same issue?? I know you need to down load some software apparently but when I did that last time the download was a virus.. probably half the reason why I stopped trying...

I got about a week of free super high speed internet here at work so I want to get my moneys worth lol

PS I got both IE and MF

Thanx in advance!
