Hey guys,
After having the EA sitting in the garage for a few weeks I decided to take it for a fang to the gym last Friday night to clear out the cob webs and clean the layer of dust off it. Some of you know it's not in the best shape at the moment and needs some TLC, but I was giving it a fanging anyway. So, anywho, got home and noticed a trail of water behind the car :( Turns out the metal heater pipe that goes around the back of the motor busted it's guts in the form of maybe a 2mm hole just above the starter motor, shooting water towards the head. Is there any easy way to fix this? Keeping in mind there's very little access to get hands in but there might be just enough space to squeeze on some miracle stop leak crap. I want to take it to the drags :o( Sooooo close to giving up and getting something newer like a XR6 Turbo. I haven't worked on a car in ages (only maintenance on the EL) and it's the best. Sundeep |
