Default TV capture Card

Iv decided to get a tv capture card as the tv in the room is just too big. I decided on leadtek but can't decide which one to get here are the following options;

This is the cheapo at $48.

The more expensive at $85

What would you guys recommend, I started reading the specifications but cant make much sense of them. I dont want to be buying the more expensive just to find all I have paid for is software. Also im not interested in FM. I don't think either of these can access digital networks yet?

Any help would be appreciated.
