Default Belt Tensioner

Got a bit of a query here, but what is the top belt tensioner (one circled)worth on the AU 6?

Im almost certain mine has just gone cactus, car sounded like it was supercharged (i wish) this morning with a whine which increases with revs, im almost certain it coming that that area on the motor. Serpentine belt is fine, so im almost 100% its that tensioner. Bit cheezed off to be honest, its a damn annoying thing car has only got 130k on it and i need the car 100% at the moment, i know its only noise, but im a obsessive nutter when it comes to these things.
