When installing Vernier Gear, even if not adjusting, still tighten the bolts more then they come in the packet.
... i honestly think its stupid that they don't have them torqued up to the right spec in the packeging, but alas they don't, and that mistake has cost me another head... vernier gear bolts fell out, gear seperated, cam stopped, crank kept going, valves bent. so yeah, keep that in mind.
