Default Samsung LCD TV faulty

Hi all, I have a Samsung LCD TV that is giving me the irits!! Last Saturday it wouldn't turn on, just kept flashing the red light and then clicking and making a popping noise, this kept up for about an hour and a half before finally turning on. Once it did turn on the screen was pale green, so I ran the risk and turned it off and on again and seemed OK.

When I finally got on to Samsung, the woman advised me to turn off some update setting, which I did. TV has worked fine all week, apart from the colours going weird every now and then. Now exactly a week later...same bloody thing again!!

The TV is only a year old so should be repaired under warranty. Just wondering though if anyone else has had a fault like this or any experiance dealing with Samsung repairs. I am worried that they are going to tell me it's going to take 6 weeks to repair etc etc.

Cheers
Bec
