I posted here awhile back. I am coming up to 4 years off the smokes, went cold turkey... no patches, no therapy ,no accupunture, etc...(I had been smoking for 35+ years)
Great to see so many make it, and encouraging to see so many still getting a lot of support. I have not quite got rid of the 20kgs that I have put on, but as has been said, a 20kg weight gain is nothing compared to the benefits of getting off the smokes. Keep persevering ,guys.
