Coming back home yesterday on West Swan road which has lots of winerys, coffee places, taverns, restraunts and is a tourist destination I nearly got rear ended after just having my clutch sorted out.
A car didn't know which place it wanted to go in and did an emergency brake to turn into a restraunt and all the cars behind just stopped in time. I hit the anchors and pulled up. The Ford Escape behind me wasn't going to stop in time. I braced for impact but the woman driver had the reflexes and intelligence to swerve off the road and pass me and the two other cars in front of me before she stopped. I was lucky because I think that would of been a hard impact otherwise and I had my 3 kids and wife in the car. She sped off afterwards at some speed above the limit, I was behind her doing the limit and she was pulling away. Just lucky my family wasn't hurt.
