It is the dealer principals job.
He is in charge. Saying there are other people to blame is nothing but a cop out. The buck starts and stops with the dealer principal. It is why they command the highest salary in a dealership. Mr Polites should be on top of any problem (especially after such extensive problems as tcrowedy has encountered). From this account he obviously hasn't been. The fact that he trawls this forum and hasn't joined to offer his side of the matter (there are always two) only strengthens the fact that tcrowedys account must be spot on. Ask yourself this: would you be happy slapping down $70K on a GTP at City Ford tomorrow? There's your answer... |
