Default Licensed parts for older falcs

I was reading an article in my local paper which has a small cars guide section that ford and rare spares have done a deal to sell licensed ford parts through rare spares for xk-xf falcons it also said that ford will let rare spares use all there old tooling.

So does this mean these will essentially be actual new old original parts that will fit without dramas my cousin is doing an xw at the moment and some of the parts from the gt shops or old car parts places such as rare spares are very pricey and don't fit all that well without mucking around with them
