Default Another rough idle issue,,kinda

Hi all,

Got a SII Fairmont. Recently put a new alternator in which charges correctly according to my volt meter, on full and no loads etc.

However when stopped at lights, it develops a light rough idle under load when I have lights on, demister and heater/air con on etc. Is hard to describe because the idle itself is fine however it causes the car to give off a light vibration.

If alternator is charging correctly, what other things can I look out for? I have cleaned the throttle body and IAC valve and also changed the spark plugs.

Fuel mileage is perfect and spot on so my oxy sensor should be ok also.

Or am I expecting to much out of a 15 year old car? Expecting it to work like a brand new FG?
