Default Insurance change

Yep, RACQ has lost me.

I recently moved out of home, and being the good person I am, changed my address.

When I went to RACQ to change my address, they informed me that my insurance premium would have to go up, because where I live now is more "densely populated" than where I used to live, which means that there's more chance of my car being broken into/stolen and told me that it would be a $17 a year increase. Which I thought was fair enough, so I went on my merry way.

I just checked my Internet banking to find out it was $17 a month it was to increase. They originally told me it was a year.

Now, before anyone asks, they were having printer problems and said to me that they'd send out my new insurance contract, which I haven't got. Insurance renewal is in July, and I'm not renewing it with them.

My question is, who should I go to that's good with insurance for younger drivers? The only other thing is that it has to be Pay By The Month...
