Default Sway bar upside down???

I just got my checked out by the lockel pedders dealer, coz when I hav 3 ppl in the back, it sounds like and feels like it hits the stops... He said that the back end is a little low and it hitting the body into the exhaust and onto the diff. And then he tells me that my rear sway it put on upside down... So he is seggesting that I get pedders coils and shocks...

Since I have the full whiteline works sus kit on the car. I'm not sure if I want to change th rear to pedders.

Heres a pic of the sway bar on the car. What do yous think??

I looked my mums NC Fairlane and look like its the same way...
