I have just bought a ED XR6 grille off ebay, the item is located in Rockbank Victoria and im in WA. The auction was listed as pick-up only so its up to me to arrange shipping. I figure there must be a few blokes on here that have transported parts across the country, so id like to hear whats worked the best/easiest so far as courier/freight company costs etc go
Thanks heaps/

Australia Post is the cheapest I'd say, a courier will cost more.
The seller will have to still pack it and drop it off at post office. He can send it COD. So you pay when yopu pick it up.

Busfreight (now Greyhoundfreight) for sure.
http://www.greyhoundfreight.com.au/ You will find the grille if it is longer than 1.05m is unable to be shipped through Australia Post. |

Have to agree with LTDHO, I send heaps of headlights interstate (& o/s) & highly recommend Australia Post, in over 12 years I've never had a problem, given that it's only a grill, it'll pack up nice & tight so there will be no size worries. If you have already paid for the item, ask him to send it postage paid COD.
