i think this has been an ongoing topic on the au forum for a while. i had the same prob with mine the day after i bought it from the caryard. The ford 6 stackers are known for doing this all the time. the best thing you can do is take it out and try to fix it yourself. The stacker mechanism is at the top of the head unit and i had to unscrew mine and when i had undone it i noticed the pin and washers that go through thecds had blown appart and were jammed in between cd 2 and 3. Unfortunately all the cds in there were brand new and the mechanism had done a bit damage to the cds. But dont buy a new ford 6 stacker. If you pull the unit out and cant fix it i would recommend having a look at JB they have a heap of aftermarket cd players. i just got a pioneer head unit that house blue tooth and is ipod ready. 450 bucks and i've never looked back since.

or you could always try putting your fist through it

lol, i think it's more a question of who hasn't had this problem, as has been said, it is a very common problem

Same I've been told if you always let it load & unload rather then forcing it they hang in a lot longer but who knows.

Mine was busted when I bought it. Turned out that a CD had slipped in between the trays as one was broken. Cost me $85 to get it repaired and has been fine since.
