Hey guys.
I'm looking to put 2 12s in a box facing the cabin. I want to make a box with a volume of 5-6 cubic feet. It needs to be as far forward in the boot as possible, ie. fitting onto the little shelf behind the seats, and having it 'spill' back into the main part of the boot. I've taken a few measurments and it is gonna be a damn complex box to build, getting it to fit just roughly around the shelf and curves and all that. Just wondering before I go ahead if anyone has done the same thing? Maybe someone out there already has a good design. Cheers, Nic |

goto your local fibreglass SUPPLIER (NOT bunnings as they are a rip off)
buy a whole heap of it and make a fibreglass box.. it will follow every curve you put it near !! do a search on google and www.caraudioaustralia.com.au for fibreglass sub box manufacturing its not too difficult im going to be attempting it on my car

also try cuttin it out with cardboard first... its alot easier to work with, than luggin chunks of wood or fibreglass out of the boot.. then u can just transfer the size onto MDF..
