I was going to buy one a little while back but they were about $250- :( Those things are so comfy if I could I'd buy two and put them in the Esky. : Me thinks a trip to Target is called for tomorrow. ;)

They often come up at Target but usually at Xmas. I see them from time to time but don't need another chair so tough titty for me. Yes they are often on special too and at our local Target there is a full range of Ford Racing luggage from soft overnight bags to large suitcases. Best to keep an eye 0out for them and hope for a 15/20% sale.
Next time someone sees them on special race home and post it up FAST.

what material is it?
looks kinda nice...and my dad wants his chair back. i stole it and he's using a shit old 1...while im lovin this 1! whats the normal price of these? and if its heaps, ill have to wait for a special, because if i was gonna spend big big bucks on a chair, it'd be a nice leather high back 1. like someone else said, next time its on special, LET EVERYONE KNOW ASAP! also...what functions does the chair itself have? up down im guessing is standard :P does the back go back when you lean into it and come back automatically etc? just dont wanna step down from what this chair has Last edited by Dez; 23-05-2005 at 12:36 AM. |

thanks mate..i know it may have sounded weird, but without knowing what the exact function is called...its hard to word it... so this chair has the type of back that will lean back when you lean into it, but automatically comes back to the normal position? and does anyone know the normal price for 1? |

You can lock it so that the chair will not lean back or u can unlock it so it can, it also has a knob that u can adjust the spring tension so it can be easier or harder to make the chair lean back
i believe the fabric is acrylic i think the RRP is a smidge over $350

the RRP is $350, they had been on special for ~$200 at target for some time and then it was like 30% off on all ford racing gear for satrday only so i copped another 30% off the $200

I love mine but have 2 gripes. The side bolsters need to be a little wider, they may provide good support around high speed corners but can be a little restrictive with the slow speeds these chairs get to, and it needs a little more lower back support. Apart from that they are pretty good.

I went i to grab one today but on layby and was told that I can't. Because it's clearance stock you have to buy them outright.....
Anyway, I can confirm in Sydney, that Parramatta has none of them and the Liverpool Target has 5 of them. I was going to call some other stores but because of the no layby policy I won't be. Here's a couple of numbers for some other stores : Carlingford - 9873 2244 Blacktown - 9728 2666 Liverpool - 9601 2222
