Default au ute springs on a sedan?

hey all, just wondering if springs off a au2 ute will fit a au1 sedan? and if the springs will fit on both the front or rear of my car.

and i think i read somewhere on here that i can only use kings lows with my current shocks right? dont think their stock shocks; their kyb excel g's.

any help would be great.

Front springs would fit but the ute and wagon has a leaf spring rear where the sedan has coils.

The springs out of the front of the ute will be able to replace the front springs in your sedan. No springs from the ute can replace the ones in the rear of your sedan.

Springs are less then $100 a set (2 springs, front or rear). Just get new ones.

Pedders springs are around the $70 mark per set, and king springs were $88 a set last time I bought them (less then 12 months ago) from some place in Mackay.

They are VERY good prices dude! Generally you're looking at $120 minimum a pair for either of those brands.

Prices you've just quoted are close to the average second hand prices around here - ie $150 for all 4.

You sure that price wasn't for each spring, as that does sound too cheap?
