tom cruise *************** was fast because there was no one to compare him to. buying your way into a drive is no way to prove yourself.

He took out the top place on the TGUK SIARPC segment a few seasons ago, so he must be a pretty decent driver.

only an 11 sec improvement over 24 laps? his first flying lap would have would almost certainly have been achingly slow.
i doubt he was any good at all. the video only showed him taking a few sweeping bends and some straights... no hard cornering or braking, probably with good reason. would rather have seen patrick dempsey, who does actually have some racing chops. |
