Default Pat's build thread.

Decided against putting this in proper build section being a 0 litre V0.

Anyway my little fella is 1 year old and he loves cars, he only says three words properly so far, car, mum and dad. He doesn't have his own falcon yet but he has this car he got off his cousin (cousin didn't supply a road worthy though, seedy little bastard), but anyway he loves it so I thought we would make it better for him. It's a work in progress and we only started work on it this arvo so happy to hear any ideas you may have to make it awesome. Here she is in stocko form..

So far we decided he needed some interior comfort so we upholstered his seat. We used an old car seat cover and we have enough left over to do full door trims and dash too so that is possibly in the works. We've put a dash mat on already but not real happy with it so probably gunna re-do that..

Then we decided it sucks the headlights this model comes with from factory don't even friggin' work so I put in some proper units so he can play past dark..

We have been coming up with many ideas over some beers tonight, so far the budget has been $0 dollars as we already had the headlight things. He himself is pretty slack and doesn't even have a job yet so this will be a budget build.

I have found these mudflads things for the car in the garage..

..so they be going on during the week. I'd also like to put a nudge bar or bullbar of some kind on it 'cause he likes smashing into everything but not sure what exactly I can whack one up out of yet.

...Anyway more to come,

..and we heaps keen to hear any ideas anyone can come up with to add to his ride so he can try and have the coolest in all of toddlerville.

Cool ride he has there. Needs flames!

As for a nudge bar...you could make a pretty good one out of pool noodles.

What's he using in terms of a horn??

Subscribed! Can't wait to see the rest of the mods done to this bad boy!

Cheers
Col

Mate, you are going against the trend here. You should be fitting a bulge to the front and removing all the stickers / badges!

This needs a crushed velvet curtain and a mirror ball.

Pimp his ride!

I think it needs some 8" rims...those 4" ones just aren't cutting it
And those tyres are seriously bald...I'm not surprised it didn't come with an RWC!

Sorry people, next mods should be a bucket seat and and racing harness...

I reakon knocking up a bucket seat from some foam, and a harness from an old pram / car seat harness is very doable...

+1 best build thread here..
