Default Ford Mondeo ecoboost ad

Just seen it 10 mins ago on "GO!", was very well done. Went over the features, 33 thousand for Ecoboost.

Interesting to see an advertisement for it since 2013 Model is just around the corner..maybe Ford Australia are attempting to gain some momentum in sales before the new model.

Thoughts?

Excellent news, I hope Ford has stock because that's one of the biggest issues with Mondeo, low sales.
If this car was built locally with the right engines and trim, Toyota Camry would be in serious trouble..

any reason why its not selling?, its an attractive car, I would go for it but I'm holding out until 2013 model..I wonder if others are doing the same..

My next car will probably be a 2008 zetec Mondeo as it fits my budget at the moment.

Hope to see more ecoboost ads on TV.

When I bought mine, the salesperson was saying how its such a shame they don't advertise the Mondeo, he said if they did a bit more advertising and got people in the dealer's doors they just sell themself.

It is a bit of a shame really, mine's middle of the range (Zetec) and the feature list it has just blew me away, such a well equipped car, and they're comfortable and pleasant to drive.

Ford should probably get on and do the LHD-RHD conversion properly though, put the indicators on the right stalk instead of the left - my mum loves my car and when she had to get a new car she said she would have looked at one, but refused to buy a car with the indicators on the wrong side (even after me almost convincing her that you get used to it after a while!).

There is no left hand to right hand coversion for the Mondeo. It is right hand drive from the factory, and has a left hand indicator the same as most other euro cars.

well I hope the 2013 model sells atleast 1000+ when it arrives and the current one gets some sort of a boost in the next coming months.

I think Ford should have priced the Mondeo a little cheaper, it's too much into Falcon pricing, albeit the good deals that can be found on 2007-2009 Mondeos.
