I'm going to talk to my mechanic tomorrow about getting mine in. At a rough guess, I'd allow around $200.

Geez, around $200.00 is not too bad. I was thinking about $1000.00.

mechanics charge around 60-70 bucks an hour, it will take about 3 to 4 hours to fit so 200-300 bucks

Go to a mechanic. I would estimate 1-3 hours labour, at 60 an hour, that's 60 to 180 bucks. It is very easy to do if you know what you are doing, if you do-not, you can make some big mistakes. For the cost of potentially replacing an engine, I would pay a mechanic.
