Falcon GT Club of Victoria
Meets 3rd Wednesday of the month at Olympic Hotel in Preston. You dont need a GT to be a member. You are more than welcome to attend a meeting to see if you like what the club is about. |

I was always under the impression that you had to be a owner of a GT Falcon to be a member , that is good to know otherwise, but how would one go about being a member of such a club and living a fair way away and not being able to attend meetings that are usually held at night/evening and in Melbourne.

As for attendance, it depends how far away you are. We have some members that travel from Ballarat every meeting. Also have about 5-10 from out Pakenham way (although not as far as Ballarat.) I enjoy the meetings as much as the club events. Maybe even more |

G'day...I was keen to join a Ford car club in Tasmania last year but neither of my cars at the time , a BA Fairmont Ghia and my AU Futura qualified for the Classic Ford Club or the GT/FPV/XR Club naturally...The Classic Club accepted up to 1982 cars if memory serves..In March I traded in my Fairmont and a few weeks later I applied to the GT/FPV/XR Club , paid $35 and $15 joining fee and joined up my FG XR6 and me...Really looking forward to getting involved.. I'm pretty confident Melbourne will have some great Ford clubs to be a part of for you..Cheers Rod..

I'm hearing ya mate there's really no Ford clubs based close to Bendigo, there is a carpark meet at the Ravenswood Caltex last Saturday of every month though, late in the afternon for all cars. Its gone a bit quiet because of the colder weather but when its good lots of cars get down there and its a pretty good crowd.

In the past I have enquired about entry to some of the car clubs based in Bendigo, none are specific Ford clubs but it didn’t matter anyway as none of them were at all interested in members that had car’s that I do. |

Seven to ten people to get one going, it would take off around Bendigo and Castlemaine for sure.

Hi all, have found a couple of clubs in Melbourne that will take a XC GS RALLY PACK a member, will sign up once im ready to get the old girl on the road, and pass a roadie, I have a question for you guys, does any one know where the ford dealer code 9999 is located, i believe it was in Geelong Vic, as the is where the car came from originally but it lived straight after sold at Yarrawonga vic, the book only say FORD MOTOR COMPANY OF AUSTRALIA, as it was ordered by a ford employee who was working at Ford at the time, thus the question, was it sold in house or through a dealer code 9999, any help would be great, kosta
