this morning on my way to school i get half way there when the temeperature gauge was showig in the red so i pulled over got out and popped the bonnet thats when i saw the big puddle of coolant on the ground, i waited for it to coll down adjusted the thermo fan and limped it home to realise i have a cracked radiator

Never a good start to the day, at least you managed to get it home, sux and costs a few dollars but at least its only a radiator.

They are cheap and easy to fix, Take about an hour.
The critical bit is bleeding the air out of the systenm when you refill it. |

You could do it Mythbusters style and put an egg in the radiator. Sealed up a small leak for them.
